Shipping may be through UPS or USPS, depending on the weight, size and destination of your purchase.

We make every attempt to get our orders processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 9 to 13 days delivery for destiations in the United States and 14 to 21 days for destinations outside of the United States.

For shipping in the United States shipping and handling charges are $3.99 per item ordered up to $50. Purchases over $50 include free shipping.  

For shipping in Canada and Mexico, shipping and handling charges are $6.99 per item ordered up to $50. Purchases over $50 include free shipping.

For all other international destinations, shipping and handling charges are $8.99 per item ordered up to $50. Purchases over $50 include free shipping

Because of the personal nature of our items, returns can not be accepted once the item has been used. If an item you receive is damage in transit or not operational due to a manufacturer defect when first opened, please contact us at customerservice@bluegirlroom.com for additional return information.
